Trouble shooting and maintenance of total plant automation system.
Installation of new equipments.
Loop testing (pressure, temperature, level and flow) and bench calibration.

· Breakdown maintenance and calibration of field instruments like Control Valve, Solenoid Operated Valve (SOV), Temperature Elements, and various types of Pressure & Level Switches, Transmitters and Limit Switches.

· Maintenance of drives (ABB, DELTA, DANFOSS)

Coordinating with technicians.

· Ensuring ISO compliance for the activities of the department.
